Room rates are based on:
- Room size
- Room location
- Bathroom access
- Available room features
Deposit requirements, move-in costs, and payment deadlines will be discussed before move-in.

What Is Included?
- Private, single-occupancy bedroom
- Individual bedroom-door lock
- Electricity
- Water
- Wi-Fi
- Access to shared living areas
- Access to shared kitchen and dining areas
- Access to assigned or shared bathrooms
Who May Be Eligible?
Applicants must:
- Provide acceptable verification of veteran status
- Be able to live safely and independently
- Manage their own daily activities
- Manage and take their own medications
- Not require 24-hour supervision or hands-on personal care
- Follow the resident agreement and house guidelines
- Respect other residents, their privacy, and shared spaces
- Complete the application and screening process
- Meet applicable financial and move-in requirements
Placement depends upon availability, successful screening, compatibility with the shared independent-housing model, and the applicant’s ability to live safely and independently. Submission of an application or referral does not guarantee placement.
Veteran-Status Documentation
Acceptable verification may include:
- DD Form 214
- Veteran identification card
- VA-issued documentation
- Other official documentation confirming military service
Eligible Payment Sources
Eligible payment sources may include:
- Private-pay funds
- Social Security income
- SSI
- SSDI
- Eligible veteran benefits
- Aid and Attendance benefits when applicable
- Other verified income
