The Admission Process

Reach out by phone, email, or the inquiry form to start the conversation.

Submit an inquiry or referral
Veterans, family members, and professionals may submit an inquiry or referral.

Complete the housing application
The applicant completes the housing application for review.

Verify veteran status
Acceptable documentation confirming military service is reviewed and verified.

Complete the screening process
The applicant completes the standard screening process.

Review housing terms
Rates, deposit requirements, move-in costs, the occupancy agreement, and house guidelines are reviewed.

Schedule move-in
Once approved and a room is available, a move-in date is scheduled.
Documents That May Be Required
- Government-issued photo identification
- Verification of veteran status
- Proof of income or benefits
- Emergency-contact information
- Completed housing application
- Signed occupancy agreement
- Signed acknowledgment of house guidelines
- Other reasonably required eligibility documents
Referrals and applications do not guarantee placement. Placement depends upon availability, successful screening, and the applicant’s ability to live safely and independently in a shared housing environment.
